This role will be involved in every aspect of the hotel operation important to the commercial viability and ultimate guest satisfaction. The Operations Manager will be the key support to the General Manager whilst in the operation and will deputise in the absence of the General Manager. You will need to be truly passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail.
