MacGregor Black are partnering with an FMCG business on the search for an Operations Manager. This is a FTC role based in Southampton.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the whole facility. Manage all production areas of the business. Drive production and compliance standards. Lead all Continuous Improvement events within all areas of site.
What We're Looking For
A modern leader who has people and process at the forefront of their mind. Experience of various production or warehousing methods. Experience of scaling production or warehousing capacity. Salary – circa 65k + package. Please contact Rob Blackburn today for further information.
