p We are seeking an experienced strong Oracle Fusion Integration Team Lead /strong to join the technology team on a permanent basis, for our client based out of the strong Midlands with hybrid working /strong . /p p This is a key technical leadership role responsible for the design, delivery and ongoing support of integrations across strong Oracle Fusion /strong and the wider enterprise technology landscape.
You will lead a team of integration specialists, work closely with business and technology stakeholders, and ensure integrations are robust, scalable, secure and aligned with the organisations technology strategy. /p p The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on Oracle Fusion integration expertise with proven leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities. /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Lead and mentor a team of Oracle Fusion integration developers and technical specialists. /li li Own the integration architecture, design and delivery across the Oracle Fusion ERP estate. /li li Design, develop and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party, legacy and cloud applications. /li li Provide technical leadership across integration programmes and projects. /li li Establish and maintain integration development standards, patterns, governance and best practices. /li li Work closely with solution architects, enterprise architects, business analysts, functional consultants and project managers. /li li Translate business and technical requirements into robust integration solutions. /li li Ensure integrations meet agreed standards for performance, availability, security and maintainability. /li /ul p br /p p strong Technical Experience /strong /p p We are looking for candidates with strong experience in strong Oracle Fusion ERP integrations /strong , ideally including: /p ul li Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. /li li strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) /strong / Oracle Integration. /li li REST and SOAP web services. /li li APIs and enterprise integration patterns. /li li SQL and PL/SQL. /li li Authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth and certificates. /li li Integration with third-party SaaS, on-premise and legacy applications. /li /ul p br /p p Experience across Oracle Fusion modules such as strong Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects or HCM /strong would be advantageous. /p p br /p p strong Leadership Professional Skills /strong /p ul li Proven experience leading an Oracle integration or ERP integration team. /li li Strong technical leadership and ability to make sound architectural decisions. /li li Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li li Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. /li li Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and business areas. /li li A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and build effective relationships. /li li Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing and production support. /li li Comfortable working in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment. /li /ul p strong Desirable /strong /p ul li Oracle Integration Cloud certification. /li li Oracle Fusion Cloud certification or relevant Oracle certifications. /li li Experience delivering Oracle Fusion ERP transformation or implementation programmes. /li li Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce or other enterprise platforms. /li li Experience with middleware/integration platforms beyond OIC. /li li Experience working within a large, complex enterprise environment. /li li Knowledge of cloud architecture, DevOps and CI/CD practices. /li /ul p br /p
