Organisational Transformation Lead

p strong About the opportunity /strong /p p br /p p Rate - £480 a day /p p Contract length - Initially 14 weeks - likely extend to 6/7 months /p p br /p p We are looking for an experienced Organisational Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in transforming how our organisation works with strategic partners and suppliers. /p p br /p p This is a high-impact change role for someone who can operate comfortably across business, technology and delivery environments, bringing people together around a common purpose and creating the conditions for effective collaboration. /p p br /p p You will help shape and embed new operating practices that enable the organisation to get greater value from its partner ecosystem.

A key focus will be moving the organisation towards a stronger strong business outcome-led approach /strong , ensuring that partner relationships, delivery models and internal ways of working are aligned to strategic priorities. /p p br /p p Working across multiple teams and stakeholders, you will be instrumental in defining how partners engage throughout the delivery lifecycle — from early ideation and planning through to execution and ongoing operation. /p p br /p p strong What you’ll be doing /strong /p p strong Leading transformation /strong /p ul li Lead organisational transformation initiatives designed to improve how the organisation leverages and works with strategic partners. /li li Drive a shift from an output-focused culture towards clear, measurable business outcomes. /li li Develop and implement strategies that embed outcome-led thinking into partner engagements and internal processes. /li li Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead their implementation. /li /ul p strong Shaping operating models /strong /p ul li Work with business and technology leaders to align operating models with technology domains and partner ecosystems. /li li Define and embed effective partner roles, responsibilities and engagement models across the delivery lifecycle. /li li Establish clear accountabilities between internal teams and partners, reducing ambiguity and improving delivery effectiveness. /li li Help create a consistent and scalable approach to working across a complex partner landscape. /li /ul p strong Improving collaboration and ways of working /strong /p ul li Identify and implement initiatives that improve collaboration between internal teams and partners. /li li Facilitate workshops, forums and stakeholder sessions that encourage joint problem-solving, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. /li li Develop measures and feedback mechanisms to understand the effectiveness of partner engagement and ways of working. /li li Identify and resolve operational friction, inefficiencies and barriers to effective multi-partner delivery. /li /ul p br /p p strong About you /strong /p p br /p p We’re looking for someone who combines strong strong transformation capability with exceptional stakeholder and influencing skills /strong . /p p You will ideally bring: /p ul li Proven experience delivering organisational transformation, including embedding new ways of working and cultural change. /li li Strong experience of partner engagement and collaboration, particularly within complex or multi-vendor environments. /li li Experience designing or implementing operating models that bring together business processes, technology domains and external partners. /li li The ability to influence senior stakeholders and bring people with you through significant organisational change. /li li Strong workshop facilitation and collaboration skills, with experience of driving continuous improvement. /li li Excellent process analysis and improvement capability. /li li Experience with strong Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies /strong would be advantageous. /li li The confidence to work across organisational boundaries and translate complex challenges into practical, sustainable solutions. /li /ul p br /p p strong The difference you’ll make /strong /p p br /p p This is an opportunity to shape strong how the organisation works /strong , not simply what it delivers. /p p You’ll be joining a team focused on improving collaboration, increasing the value generated through strategic partnerships and creating a more effective delivery environment.
