Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will manage a complex workload, oversee diary and meeting management, coordinate internal and external clients, and support the efficient functioning of the team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and schedules for three Production Directors. Oversee correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the directors. Maintain confidential files and sensitive information. Coordinate communication between all departments.
Draft professional communications and announcements. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders. Provide general HR administrative support as required. Raise production contracts. Maintain accurate records and ensure internal systems are updated.
Order stationery supplies and maintain an organised stockroomSalary is in the range of 40-45K subject to experience. Job Requirements At least five years recent experience working as a PA/EA to director level. Excellent diary and schedule management skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a good sense of humour!
