£48,000 – £50,000 | Hybrid Working | Monday to Friday | 45p Mileage | Paediatric Complex Care Are you a Children's Nurse, Paediatric Nurse or experienced Complex Care Nurse looking to move away from shifts and into a Monday to Friday clinical leadership role?

We're looking for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to support children and young people with complex healthcare needs in their own homes across Bristol, Cheltenham and Swindon. You don't necessarily need to already be working as a Clinical Lead.

If you're an experienced nurse with strong paediatric, complex care, community, PICU or HDU experience and you're ready to take the next step, we'd be keen to speak with you. As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you'll manage your own clinical caseload, complete assessments and care plans, train and support care teams and ensure children receive safe, high-quality care at home.

Package & Benefits £48,000 – £50,000 per annum. Hybrid working, including 1–2 days working from home per week. Flexible Monday to Friday working. 45p per mile mileage reimbursement for regional travel. Permanent, full-time position.

This is an autonomous community position covering Bristol, Cheltenham and Swindon, with the flexibility to work from home 1–2 days each week and the support of an experienced clinical and operational team around you. As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you'll: Manage and clinically oversee paediatric complex care packages.

Complete clinical assessments, care plans, risk assessments and regular reviews. Support children with needs including tracheostomy care, ventilation, neurological conditions, spinal injuries and acquired brain injuries.

Deliver clinical training and complete competency assessments with care teams and Registered Nurses. Provide supervision, mentorship and ongoing clinical support. Complete medication audits, spot checks and quality reviews.
