You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior clients while leading delivery teams and designing secure, scalable identity solutions. Candidates should have experience of: Leading end-to-end PAM / IAM programmesCyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea and/or One IdentityIdentity & Access Governance (IAG / IGA)Platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, Okta or One IdentityPAM/IAM strategy, architecture and implementationManaging complex technical workstreams, risks and dependenciesProducing IAM governance documentation, operating models and runbooksWorking with senior client and technical stakeholdersLeading teams within complex enterprise environmentsDesirable experience: Active Directory and cloud identity integrationsISO 27001, NIST or COBITIAM/PAM platform certificationsApplication and cloud platform onboardingConsulting, proposals and business developmentWhat's On Offer: Salary up to 90,000 + comprehensive benefits UK-wide opportunities Hybrid working 30 days annual leave Private medical insurance 3 additional volunteering days Excellent training and career progressionDue to the nature of the client work, candidates must be willing and eligible to undergo Security Clearance, requiring 5+ years' UK address history at the point of application.
