Job Description Pantry SupervisorLocation: Canary Wharf, LondonPay: £17.44 per hourReports to: Pantry & Vending ManagerAbout the RoleWe're seeking a hands-on Pantry Supervisor to manage daily operations of coffee machines and vending services across a busy, multi-floor site.
You'll ensure machines are clean, stocked, and fully operational while maintaining high service standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee coffee machines and vending across multiple locationsManage cleaning, stock levels, and machine uptimeLog and escalate faults; carry out basic troubleshootingMonitor performance using digital systemsSupervise a team of 6 operatives and coordinate daily tasksEnsure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety complianceAct as a point of contact for client stakeholdersAbout YouExperience in pantry, vending, coffee, or similar environmentPrevious supervisory experience (or ready to step up)Organised, proactive, and confident using digital toolsStrong understanding of hygiene and safety standardsWhy Join Us?
