Job Description Paralegal / Conveyancing Assistant We are seeking a Paralegal / Conveyancing Assistant to join an established team at a reputable law firm. This role involves providing a comprehensive conveyancing service with a focus on customer service.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the entire conveyancing process, including post-completion work, and familiarity with support roles such as New Business and Accounts. Day-to-day of

the role

Competently handle all key functions within a conveyancing sale transaction with minimal supervision. Progress the administration of purchase transactions proactively with all key stakeholders. Maintain daily updates on task reports and ensure the case management system is orderly and up-to-date.

Address client queries effectively and maintain professional relationships with all work providers, keeping clients, estate agents, and other providers informed as appropriate. Manage office administration tasks such as dealing with post, filing, and file closures. Draft non-standard non-technical correspondence competently. Required Skills &

Qualifications

Prior experience as a conveyancing paralegal. Comprehensive knowledge of the conveyancing lifecycle, including post-completion activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and internet usage. Excellent written, numerical, and oral communication skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to prioritise, organise, and efficiently manage workload. Flexibility to adapt to change and cope under pressure, with the ability to seek assistance when needed. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
