About the Role
As a Mobile Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for enforcing parking requirements by issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles that do not comply with the displayed terms and conditions. You will play a key role in maintaining order and accessibility within our car parks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct mobile patrols efficiently and punctually across assigned properties. Quickly learn and apply the specific Terms and Conditions for each site. Ensure vehicles are parked in accordance with displayed parking regulations.
Issue PCNs to vehicles violating parking rules. Visit car parks regularly to maintain a visible presence. Provide courteous, professional, and customer-focused service. Work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Must hold a full driving license . Own vehicle, scooter, or motorbike with valid insurance is essential. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeaner. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently. Willingness to work varied shifts. Working Hours
