EMI Consulting is a growing multidisciplinary consultancy based in Hendon, North London, providing architectural design, structural engineering, Building Regulations, Principal Designer and Party Wall services.
We work across a broad range of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects , including: Residential extensions and refurbishments Loft conversions Internal alterations and reconfigurations HMO and property conversions Complex structural alterations Commercial refurbishments New-build and mixed-use projects Planning and Building Regulations applications Technical and construction drawing packages Due to continued growth, we are looking to add several talented RIBA Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistants to join our architectural team.
We are particularly interested in candidates who want to develop strong technical, planning and construction knowledge and gain hands-on exposure to live projects. The Role As a Part 1 / Part 2 Architectural Assistant , you will work closely with our Architects and Structural Engineers across projects from survey and feasibility through planning, Building Regulations and technical design .
