Part-Time Female Support Workers (Driver Required) Location: Forest RowPay & Benefits£15.00 per hour (weekdays)£15.50 per hour (weekends)Time and a half on Bank Holidays45p per mile mileage allowance (work-related travel)Hours & Scheduling9–18 hours per week initially, with the potential to increaseShifts usually between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (may vary)Includes weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and school holidaysShifts agreed in advance on a rota basis, with flexibility required to meet the client’s needsDo you want a role that genuinely makes a difference?

Head First is recruiting part-time female Support Workers to provide 1:1 personalised support to a young woman in her early 40s with an acquired brain injury, based in the Forest Row area.
This is a long-term role with scope to increase hours over time as the support package develops. About Our ClientOur client lives with her parents and is friendly, thoughtful, and warm, with a great sense of humour. She is registered blind and experiences high levels of anxiety, so benefits from calm, patient, and consistent support.
She enjoys:Being read to and having a relaxed conversationMeditation, yoga, and gentle exercise (guided by her therapy team)Creative activities at homeLocal outings, shopping, and gentle walks outdoorsYou will work closely with a Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT), following a structured rehabilitation plan focused on confidence-building and independence.
