About Latham in collaboration with the Director and the other Partner Integration Managers, continuously evolving the integration process through discussions, feedback, and identifying and replicating best practices Developing and executing a tailored integration strategy for each assigned partner, taking into account each partners practice, region, industry focus, and client base, and ensuring the strategy focuses on supporting each partners integration into the firms platform and into all aspects of Lathams culture and community Ensuring the strategy and efforts to support the integration of each partner remain on track and that new opportunities for further integration into the Latham platform are identified and realised Wed love to hear from you if you: Display the ability to develop extensive knowledge of the firms practices and global platform Possess the ability to develop extensive knowledge of the firms personnel, procedures, policies, and processes Demonstrate superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with lawyers and staff at all organisational levels And have: A bachelors degree or equivalent Progressively responsible experience in legal or other professional services environment Benefits
