you will
Lead on complex IP disputes across all core IP rightsDraft and negotiate a wide range of IP agreements, including assignments, licences, confidentiality agreements and R&D agreementsCollaborate closely with colleagues across UK offices and with a large network of US based IP specialistsDrive business development initiatives and contribute to the strategic growth of the practiceMentor, coach and develop junior lawyers, supporting their long term career progressionChampion innovation, process improvement and modern legal service deliveryYou will work alongside senior leadership to further enhance the firm's national and international IP capabilities.
