About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a global leader in construction plant. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations within the parts department, and contributing to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to clients seeking parts and accessories for machinery. Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment. Accurately process orders, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain inventory levels and manage stock rotation efficiently.
Collaborate with colleagues to optimize parts sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to parts inventory management.
Benefits
Competitive salary of £30,000- £35,000 per annum. Performance-based bonus (£3,000 per year) plus uncapped commission on parts attachment. Monday to Friday schedule, with rota Saturday mornings. Training and development opportunities within a global organization.
