Parts Specialist Location: Sittingbourne Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Overtime + Benefits Type: Full-Time | Permanent The Opportunity NEOS Engineering Recruitment are partnered with a well-known OEM in the heavy plant sector who are looking for a Parts Specialist to take ownership of their Sittingbourne operation.
This is a key role within the business - ensuring engineers have what they need, when they need it. The Role You'll be leading the parts function, ensuring stock accuracy, availability, and a high level of service to both internal teams and external customers.
Key responsibilities include
Overseeing day-to-day parts operations Managing stock control, ordering, and inventory levels Supporting service teams with fast, efficient parts supply Working closely with OEM supply chains Leading and developing the parts team Driving improvements in efficiency and service delivery The Candidate This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the demands of an OEM parts department.
