p b Parts Purchasing Manager – GT3 GT4 Motorsport /b /p p As part of KCMG’s continued expansion and the development of an exciting new motorsport programme in collaboration with a major global automotive manufacturer, we are looking for an experienced and highly organised b Parts Purchasing Manager /b to join our GT3 and GT4 operations. /p p This is a key position within our organisation, responsible for ensuring that our race and test programmes have the correct parts, equipment and consumables available on time and within budget. /p p Depending on the successful candidate’s experience and profile, the position may evolve to include broader responsibility for the day-to-day management of our workshop. /p p b Main Responsibilities /b /p ul li Manage the complete parts inventory for our GT3 and GT4 programmes. /li li Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure full traceability of components. /li li Coordinate parts requirements with race engineers, chief mechanics and project management. /li li Purchase components, equipment, tools and workshop supplies. /li li Manage relationships with manufacturers, technical partners and suppliers. /li li Negotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms. /li li Monitor orders and deliveries, identifying potential shortages or delays at an early stage. /li li Prepare parts packages for race events, tests and rebuild programmes. /li li Manage component mileage, lifing and service schedules. /li li Organise spare-parts movements between the workshop, circuits and external suppliers. /li li Control purchasing costs and provide regular budget and stock reports. /li li Support freight, logistics and customs documentation when required. /li li Continuously improve purchasing and inventory procedures. /li /ul p b Candidate Profile /b /p ul li Previous experience in professional motorsport, ideally within GT3, GT4, endurance racing or a comparable high-level programme. /li li Strong knowledge of race-car components, technical parts and workshop requirements. /li li Proven experience in purchasing, parts management or motorsport logistics. /li li Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. /li li Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-moving and deadline-driven environment. /li li Commercial awareness and confidence when negotiating with suppliers. /li li Proficiency with inventory-management systems, spreadsheets and purchasing tools. /li li Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams. /li li Fluent English is required; German or another European language would be an advantage. /li li Willingness to travel occasionally to race events and test sessions when required. /li /ul p b What We Offer /b /p ul li A key role within an ambitious and expanding international motorsport organisation. /li li The opportunity to contribute to a major new GT3 and GT4 programme supported by a leading automotive manufacturer. /li li A high level of autonomy and the possibility of taking on broader workshop-management responsibilities. /li li A professional, international and performance-focused working environment. /li li A competitive package based on experience and level of responsibility. /li /ul p b APPLY /b /p p Please submit your b CV and a brief covering letter /b outlining your relevant motorsport experience, engineering leadership background and availability. /p p b Position: /b Parts Purchasing Manager br b Programme: /b GT3 GT4 Endurance br b Location: /b Workshop – Kelberg, Germany br b Team: /b KCMG /p p /p p /p
