Parts Co-Ordinator - F1 We are currently seeking a Parts Coordinator in a high-performance F1 Composites team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of composite components through the production life-cycle.
You'll be responsible for tracking, organising, and coordinating parts from raw material to finished assembly, ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time to support our race critical deadlines. You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
This role is for a weekendshift, running fromFriday - Monday 07:00-17:30 (40 hours total - 4 day week) This role is currently running until the end of the year but is likely to be extended. This role will be 100% based on site in Enstone,Oxfordshire.
You'll be responsible for tracking, organising, and coordinating parts from raw material to finished assembly, ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time to support our race critical deadlines. Parts Management: Track and manage composite parts and tooling through all stages of production using ERP systems (e.g., D365).
Maintain accurate records of part status, location, and readiness. Coordinate the movement of parts and tooling between departments (e.g., trim shop, inspection, assembly). Ensure all parts are correctly labelled and traceable.
Ensure storage areas are maintained and parts stored correctly Production Support: Liaise with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of parts. Support kitting and preparation of parts for build stations or race events.
Flag and escalate any delays, shortages, or quality issues. Documentation & Systems: Maintain up-to-date part status in digital systems and physical trackers. Ensure all paperwork, care notes, and build documentation are complete and accurate.
