Why join us?We offer a competitive salary of £31,000pa OTE £37,200pa33 days’ annual leave including Bank Holidays (option to buy or sell additional days) Pension scheme with life assuranceAccess to our very attractive company loan plan car schemeDiscounted gym membershipStaff discounts on vehicles, parts, servicing, and accessoriesShare Incentive SchemeMortgage and pension advice seminarsCycle to Work scheme, including e?bikesEnhanced Maternity and Paternity policiesExcellent manufacturer training and clear career development opportunitiesWhat you’ll be doingSupporting the Service Manager by the effective day-to-day running of the Parts Department by contributing to the development of departmental plans and budgets, ensuring accurate stockholding for optimal parts availability, and supporting financial and sales performanceEnsuring the trade and bodyshop customers are marketed to their full potential via mail shots, visits and telephone to increase and maintain sales volume and profitabilityUtilise daily and weekly statistics and monthly management accounts systems to monitor and control departmental productivity and profitabilityAdminister and resolve all customer parts enquiries and complaints in a competent and timely mannerRegular stock checks and monitor continuously stock levels to ensure minimum obsolete stockMaintain Parts reception area to agreed housekeeping standardsWhat you’ll bring Previous experience in a Part Supervisor role preferably at a main dealerProven understanding of automotive service and partsStrong commercial awarenessExcellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customersAbility to deliver an outstanding customer experienceHighly organised with excellent time management skillsKnowledge of CDK Drive, KerridgeA full UK driving licence (essential)Working hoursThe working hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with one hour for lunch.
