Job Description Passive Fire Site Supervisor Location: Bristol & Surrounding Areas Salary: £45,000 £50,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you an experienced passive fire professional looking to lead high-quality protection projects across Bristol?
We are hiring a Passive Fire Site Supervisor to manage site teams, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and deliver projects safely and on time. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Manage daily operations, site teams, and workforce productivity across multiple sites.
Quality & Compliance: Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure all fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works meet FIRAS/industry standards. Health & Safety: Enforce H&S legislation, promote a strong safety culture, and conduct regular toolbox talks.
Reporting & Client Liaison: Maintain digital photographic records, submit progress updates, and resolve on-site issues with Project Managers and clients. Requirements Proven background in passive fire protection (Fire Stopping, Fire Doors, Structural Protection).
Demonstrated experience supervising on-site teams and subcontractors. Full UK Driving Licence. Strong communication, digital reporting, and leadership skills. Preferred: SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid, or FIRAS/BM TRADA accreditation.
