Full training will be provided, making this an ideal entry-level position. Key Responsibilities Helping individuals access clinical research opportunities. Conduct telephone-based screening of potential study participants against protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Accurately enter, review, update, and maintain patient information within clinical trial management systems. Schedule suitable participants into site appointments and maintain accurate booking records. Comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone for extended periods. Required Skills
