Respond to payroll-related queries from staff and management. Calculate tax, pension contributions, and other deductions. Prepare payroll reports for the accounting and finance team. Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations. The Successful Applicant A successful Payroll Administrator should have: Experience in payroll processing within the retail industry or similar sectors.
