Job Description Payroll & Benefits Manager - 6 month FTC - London - up to £55,000 per annumOakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a hospitality company, who are looking for an interim Payroll & Benefits Manager, on a 6 month FTC basis.
The Payroll & Benefits Manager to take full ownership of all thing's payroll and benefits, for 340 employees. You will have a strong payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage payroll & benefits processes accurately, within a fast paced environment.
This role is 3 days in their Central London office. The Payroll & Benefits Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as: Managing monthly and bi-weekly payrolls through our outsourced providersLiaising with payroll partners to provide reports, information and manual calculations where needed, and resolve any queries or discrepancies promptlyHandle all payroll changes, including new starters, leavers, salary adjustments and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP), ensuring accurate records and supporting paperwork are completedLiaise with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve payroll issuesEnsure compliance with payroll legislation and company proceduresSupport periodic salary reviews and benchmarking to help us stay competitive and aligned with market trendsKey
Skills
Minimum of 3+ years hands on experience of payrollProven track record of managing payroll end to end, ideally within a multi-entity, multi country or fast paced environment. Experience working with rota systems and outsourced payroll providersStrong understanding of payroll practices and legislation, with an eye on updates and complianceAnalytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the businessHighly organised, able to work to tight deadlines, and comfortable in a fast paced environmentIf you are interested in discussing this position in greater detail, please apply now.
