Payroll Manager

p Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with a rapidly expanding technology business to recruit a Payroll Manager initially on a 12 month FTC. /p p br /p p This is initially a 12-month FTC. 2 days PW in the office managing 1 direct report.

Reporting into the Finance manager. /p p br /p p Duties Will include but not be limited too: /p ul li To lead and develop the Group payroll function, ensuring the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of payroll services across the business /li li Responsible for four payrolls, multiple pension schemes, payroll-related employee benefits, payroll compliance, controls, reporting and continuous improvement /li li Lead, coach and develop the Payroll Benefits Officer, ensuring workloads are appropriately managed and service standards are achieved /li li Ensure compliance with PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments, pension legislation, auto-enrolment requirements and all associated HMRC obligations. /li li Manage multiple pension schemes, ensuring pensionable pay, employee deductions, employer contributions and statutory requirements are administered accurately. /li li Own payroll controls, reconciliations and audit processes, ensuring payroll information is accurate, complete and appropriately documented. /li li Manage all year-end payroll activities including P60s, P11Ds, Benefits-in-Kind reporting and pension re-enrolment activities. /li li Ensure salary sacrifice and benefit schemes are administered effectively, including electric vehicle schemes, private medical insurance, cycle-to-work schemes and other employee benefits. /li /ul p br /p p You will have the following skill set /p ul li CIPP Qualified or QBE /li li Extensive all round Payroll experience within businesses of 500-1200 employees /li li Paye, P11ds, BIC /li li On a maximum of 1 month notice /li li Ability to get to the office 2 days PW /li /ul p br /p
