About the Role Migrating employee and payroll data, pension information, schedules, recurring payments and historical records from IPP to PayCircle. Responsibilities Setting up new clients and payroll structures within PayCircle, including companies, pensions, business categories and payroll components.
Defining and documenting data-mapping and transformation rules. Identifying differences between the two systems and resolving data issues alongside payroll specialists. Completing detailed data validation and reconciliation across individual records, payroll totals, year-to-date figures and statutory balances.
Running parallel payrolls in IPP and PayCircle, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues before go-live. Maintaining secure, accurate and auditable migration records, including progress tracking and data-governance documentation.
Supporting the team with client payroll processing across all frequencies. Calculating statutory payments, producing reports and payslips, managing BACS payments and completing HMRC RTI submissions.
