Job Description My client based near St Ives Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a PCB Assembly Operative to join their team on a full time permanent basis.£26,000 | Permanent | 39 hours per week | Own Transport RequiredAn excellent opportunity for a PCB Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing team, assembling high-quality PCB and box-build products.
Key responsibilitiesAssemble PCB and electronic components using hand and power toolsCarry out soldering, cropping, de-paneling and minor reworkInspect components and finished assemblies to high-quality standardsRead drawings, job packs, parts lists and technical specificationsComplete production records and maintain accurate documentationWork to production schedules and deadlinesMaintain excellent housekeeping and follow ESD, health & safety and QMS proceduresSupport colleagues and assist with training where requiredIdentify quality and efficiency improvementsWhat we're looking forGood knowledge of electronic componentsStrong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to work accurately to high-quality standardsAbility to read and understand technical informationGood organisational and communication skillsComputer literateReliable team player with a proactive approachPrevious PCB/electronics assembly experience would be advantageousHours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:15pm, Friday 8:00am–2:00pmHoliday: 25 days + bank holidaysGet in touch with Kerry Chaloupka07896 811228INDHUNTPBN1_UKTJ
