Job Description Female PE Teacher / Head of PE (Maternity Cover) \ N Job Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover) \ N Location: Tower Hamlets \ N Duration: September 2026 to October 2026 \ N Start Date: September 2026 \ N We are inviting applications for an outstanding Female PE Teacher or Head of PE to join our team on a temporary basis covering maternity leave from September 2026 until October 2026.
This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about Physical Education and Sports Studies and is committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all students. \ N Day-to-Day Responsibilities \ N Deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons to students of all abilities. \ N Lead and manage the PEdepartment effectively (if applying for Head of PE). \ N Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement. \ N Maintain and promote high standards of teaching and learning within the department. \ N Collaborate with otherteaching staff to plan and coordinate sports events and activities. \ N Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure high achievement. \ N Engage in continuous professional development to further enhance teaching skills and knowledge. \ N Required Skills
