Pensions Administration Manager

We are currently looking for a Pensions Administration Manager who can provide support maintenance and further improvement of service performance, operational control, accuracy and timeliness across DC administration activities.
The role is to prioritise workload, address operational issues and implement a sustainable operating structure. Key areas of the role include: Daily cash and unit reconciliations Monitoring and resolution of breaks and exceptions Quarterly investment rebalancing Investment Switches Unit Adjustments Processing of regular and one-off contributions Transfers in and out Retirement claims You should have some proven team leading or management experience and the ability to support and grow a team.
