Legal 500 firm offering a great opportunity for an experienced Pensions Solicitor to join a growing team. /n/nJOB TITLE: Pensions Solicitor/nPQE: 3+ PQE/nLOCATION: Birmingham/nSALARY: £DOE/n/nAn established and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Pensions Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its growing national pensions team in Birmingham, with flexible hybrid working on offer./n/nTHE ROLE/n- Due to continued growth, the team is looking to appoint an experienced pensions solicitor to join a well-respected team./n- You will work closely with senior lawyers, take responsibility for client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing expansion of the practice./n- As the appointed Pensions Solicitor, you will be working on high-quality matters on behalf of trustees, employers and public sector bodies on pensions matters./n- The role offers a broad and interesting mix of work, including advising trustee and employer clients, supporting corporate transactions, and providing day-to-day pensions advice on ongoing schemes./n/nTHE CANDIDATE:/n- You will have at least 3 years’ PQE gained within a reputable firm with a substantive pensions practice./n- Strong technical knowledge of pensions law./n- A commercial, solution-focused approach to advice./n- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills./n- Experience in business development activities./n- Exposure to areas such as bulk annuities, public sector pensions, corporate support and scheme advisory work./n/nON OFFER:/n- High-quality, varied pensions work./n- Birmingham-based role with hybrid working./n- Clear career progression within a growing national team./n- A collaborative and supportive environment./n- The opportunity to take ownership of matters and client relationships./n- If you are a pensions lawyer looking to progress your career within a strong, well-respected practice, this opportunity offers both challenge and long-term development./n/n
