The Role
You'll join a friendly and expert team in Leeds, working on a wide range of high-quality matters, including: Trustee advisory and scheme governanceBuy-ins, buy-outs, and insurance-led transactionsRegulatory issues and pension scheme transfersSupport on major corporate transactions, providing pensions due diligence and strategic adviceOpportunity to contribute to the team's pensions litigation work if desiredYou'll also play an important role in supervising junior team members and supporting business development initiatives across the region.
