People Operations Manager

About the Role

Build and scale our people operations as we grow. You’ll own the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, and help shape our culture.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle
• Develop and improve HR processes and policies
• Lead performance review and feedback cycles
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs
• Support managers with people‑related challenges

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in HR or people operations
• Experience in fast‑growing startups
• Knowledge of UK employment law
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Data‑driven approach to people decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with HRIS systems
• International HR experience
• Background in tech companies
