Elevation HR are working exclusively with a leading business based in Tadcaster as they look to appoint a HR / People Partner on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you'll take ownership of partnering with a key business area, supporting and coaching managers to build their capability, while working strategically alongside the wider People team to deliver the people agenda.

As a People Partner, you will be responsible for: Manage complex employee relations cases, providing practical advice and guidance to managers. Identify skills and capability gaps across the business and support the delivery of targeted development initiatives.

Work closely with Centres of Excellence to deliver key people initiatives and ensure best practice. Review, update and improve HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and business needs. Support and lead on wider HR projects, including improving the onboarding experience and reviewing pay structures.

Partner with managers on workforce planning, talent requirements, organisational change and the development of high-performing teams. Review and improve HR policies, processes and people initiatives, using HR data and insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Support the wider people agenda, including learning and development, culture and change programmes, while coaching and influencing colleagues at all levels. To be successful in this role as a People Partner, you'll need to be: Confident managing complex employee relations cases, providing clear and pragmatic advice to managers.

Experienced within a manufacturing, construction, logistics or similar blue-collar environment, with an understanding of the pace and challenges of an operational workforce. A confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and influence managers at all levels.
