People Workstream Lead - Tom Transformation

People workstream lead required to support this TOM change programme in a large, complex industrial business. Working closely with the Transformation Director and other C-Suite leaders you will be responsible for ensuring all people matters are managed effectively and delivered throughout the programme.
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate: Previous experience as People Workstream lead in an enterprise wide transformation programme. Experience in industrial environments that are highly unionised. Broad skills including TOM and OD, workforce planning, ER and consultation, and people and culture transformation.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Delivery focused and hands on approach. Additional information Immediate start FTC - £100 to £120K + bonus and bens. London City based, hybrid working.
