Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 national operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network or service management repair and maintenance to keep everything running operationally.

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Performance Manager to join our National Operations Centre team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. This is a pivotal role within our 24/7 operation, where you'll take the lead in maintaining operational control, coordinating service delivery, and supporting a high-performing team.
Working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, you'll rotate between day shifts (6:45am - 7:15pm) and night shifts (6:45pm - 7:15am), ensuring our services and customers remain supported around the clock. What will you be doing? As a Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping our operation running smoothly during your shift while providing leadership and support to a dedicated team. You'll oversee the live operational picture, coordinate incidents and escalations, manage risks, and ensure that priorities are clearly understood and actioned.
You'll lead effective shift handovers, use operational data to identify trends and improvements, and work closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to maintain service excellence.
