As the Personal Injury department continues to grow, the firm is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of litigated Fast Track claims. /p p br /p p Youll be joining a team with a steady flow of new instructions, offering strong exposure to RTA and EL/PL litigation work and genuine opportunities for career progression. /p p br /p p strong
The Role
/strong /p p br /p ul li Handle a caseload of RTA and EL/PL Fast Track claims /li li Manage litigated matters in line with CPR and court procedures /li li Progress files efficiently and meet key deadlines /li li Build and maintain strong client relationships /li li Provide clear, professional communication to clients and colleagues /li li Deliver high-quality case outcomes within a fast-paced environment /li li Work collaboratively within a busy PI team /li li This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to develop within a structured and growing department /li /ul p br /p p strong
About You
/strong /p p br /p ul li Experience managing RTA or EL/PL claims /li li Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules /li li Litigation experience essential /li li Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines /li li Strong organisation and time management skills /li li Excellent communication and client care ability /li li Able to work independently and as part of a team /li li Detail-focused with a proactive approach /li /ul p br /p p strong
