The Role
* Manage a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters including RTAs, EL/PL, and lower to mid-value litigated claims* Assist senior team members on more complex files* Engage directly with clients, experts, insurers, and counsel* Work towards full file responsibility with ongoing mentoring and supportAbout You:* Newly Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive* Demonstrable experience in personal injury (training or previous role)* Organised, client-focused, and eager to develop technical skills* Confident communicator and team playerWhat’s on Offer:* Hybrid working (after initial training period)* Clear path for career progression and development* Competitive salary + benefits including private healthcare, pension, and generous holiday* Supportive team culture within a respected local firm
