Personal Injury Solicitor

I’m currently working with a well-established legal services organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join its Intermediate Track Team in a senior capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator seeking a varied role that combines managing a complex caseload with providing technical leadership, mentoring colleagues, and helping to shape best practice across the team.

This dual-capacity position offers a balance of fee-earning and strategic responsibility. You will manage your own portfolio of litigated Intermediate Track personal injury claims while acting as a technical expert, supporting colleagues with complex legal issues and contributing to the ongoing development of the department.
