Personal Injury (PI) Solicitor – Casualty / Litigation Spirehouse are recruiting a PI Solicitor for a top 50 law firm within a busy casualty litigation team, handling a varied caseload of PL and EL claims. You will manage your own caseload while working alongside senior fee earners on complex, document-heavy files, including occupational stress claims—an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage fast and multi-track PI claims (liability & quantum) Handle disclosure and assist with case management Draft legal documents and conduct legal research Liaise with clients, insurers, and other parties Attend meetings and court hearings Instruct Counsel and experts Meet targets and support team development
Requirements
1–3 years' plus PQE in PI litigation Strong knowledge of CPR Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail Able to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines Proactive and team-focused
