Pest Control Surveyor - North London - OTE c£70K + Car, Laptop, Benefits An excellent opportunity for an experienced, sales-driven Pest Control Surveyor to join a successful, established pest control and environmental services business with an excellent reputation and strong market presence.

Covering North London and surrounding areas, we're looking for a proactive, commercially focused individual with aproven ability to generate new business, identify sales opportunities and win new commercial contracts. This is a predominantly new business development role, combining technical pest control knowledge with strong sales and relationship-building skills.

The Role Proactively identifying, prospecting and securing new business opportunities Building a strong pipeline of prospective commercial customers Conducting pest control surveys and recommending effective solutions Preparing competitive quotations and proposals to win new contracts Developing relationships with key decision-makers Negotiating and closing sales to achieve revenue targets Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts About You Proven success in new business sales and business development, ideally within pest control Experience in pest control surveying or technical sales Confident prospecting, generating leads and converting opportunities into sales Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently RSPH Level 2 qualification advantageous Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? c£70,000 OTE Company car, laptop and great benefits Established business with an excellent reputation Career development opportunities within a larger organisation We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate a track record of winning new business, rather than simply managing existing accounts.
