A high-performing secondary school in Oxford is seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable Physics Teacher to join their successful Science faculty from January 2026. This full-time, permanent position is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with a passion for Physics to inspire students across KS3–KS5 and support outstanding achievement in this subject.   • Full-time, permanent Physics Teacher role starting January 2026
  • Successful secondary school in Oxford with consistently strong outcomes in Science
  • Deliver Physics lessons across all year groups, including A-Level Physics
  • Be part of a well-resourced and collaborative Science team Experience and Qualifications
  • Qualified Physics Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
  • Excellent subject knowledge and ability to teach Physics up to A-Level
  • Strong record of supporting students to achieve academic success
  • Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities such as science clubs or competitions
  • Effective classroom management with high expectations of achievement
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Legal right to work in the UK School Information
  • Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ with outstanding results in Science and Mathematics
  • Excellent resources including specialist Physics laboratories and equipment
