Placement Officer needed in Rhyl Paying £17.85 per hr ref OR112208
Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of participants, providing tailored one-to-one support throughout their placement.
Build positive, professional relationships with individuals from diverse and often vulnerable backgrounds.
Use a strengths-based and person-centred approach to identify skills, aspirations, barriers and employment goals.
Develop and implement action plans, monitoring progress and supporting participants to achieve agreed outcomes.
Provide employability support including CV writing, job search assistance, interview preparation, confidence building and career planning.
Conduct regular reviews, maintaining accurate records of progress, achievements and barriers.
Complete risk assessments and risk management plans, ensuring safeguarding and lone-working procedures are followed.
Maintain regular contact with employers to monitor placement success, resolve issues and support positive outcomes.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners including employment programmes, training providers, community organisations and support services.
Support participants to access further training, qualifications and employment opportunities.
