The company have been around for a very long time and have a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa 70m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. They carry out a range of work including new builds, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between 100,000 and 10m in value, with a range of public and private clients.
Projects are varied and include schools, universities, hospitals, retail, hotels and commercial offices. They are looking for a Planner to join the Pre-Construction team, to support the bid process and provide programming, logistics and method statements functions on how to deliver projects.
They are looking for someone with at least 4 years' experience working for a reputable Main Contractor, with a track record working on projects up to 10m in value including new build and refurbishments across education, healthcare and commercial sectors.
