Job Description Town Planner – Leicester | £30,000–£40,000 Location: Leicester Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + benefits We’re currently working with a growing planning consultancy looking to appoint a Town Planner to join their Leicester team.
This is a great opportunity for a planning professional looking to develop their career, with the chance to work on a varied portfolio of projects and gain valuable exposure across the planning sector. The Role Manage and support planning applications.
Prepare planning statements and reports. Provide planning advice to clients. Liaise with local authorities, consultants and stakeholders. Support senior planners on larger projects. Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
About You We’re looking for a Planner with previous UK planning experience and a good understanding of the planning system. You’ll be organised, commercially minded and confident communicating with clients and stakeholders.
