You will advise developers, landowners, investors and public sector clients on a broad range of planning matters, including planning applications, appeals, Section 106 agreements, development projects and strategic land transactions.

Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application. The role offers exposure to complex residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes, working alongside experienced specialists on high-quality work.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' PQE gained within a recognised planning practice, strong technical ability and a commercial approach to client service. You will enjoy building relationships, managing your own caseload and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
