Planning Solicitor (Associate or Senor Associate) 2 PQE Exeter, Devon This is a brand new opportunity at a Legal 100 firm to join a highly r anked planning & environment team at Associate or Senior Associate level

This team advise on excellent quality work relating to infrastructure and regeneration schemes, major residential and commercial developments, and a broad range of high-value planning work for both public and private sector clients What will you do?
Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278) Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy and development risk Provide support on national infrastructure projects and development consent orders Work closely with the real estate team on development projects What will you need?
