This is a great opportunity for an experienced Plasterer looking for stable work and ongoing projects within the social housing and property maintenance sector. I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plasterer, Multi Trade Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, Property Maintenance Operative, or in a similar construction or maintenance role .As a Plasterer you will be: Carrying out plastering repairs and general maintenance worksCompleting patch plastering, skimming and making goodRepairing damaged walls and ceilingsMaking good following plumbing, electrical and other maintenance worksCompleting reactive repairs within occupied and tenanted propertiesCarrying out minor multi-trade tasks where requiredDelivering high-quality workmanship across social housing propertiesWorking professionally within customers' homesI'd love to speak to anyone who has: Previous experience working as a PlastererExperience carrying out reactive maintenance and property repairsExperience working within social housing or occupied propertiesStrong plastering and making-good skillsBasic multi-trade experienceAn NVQ or equivalent qualification in Plastering or a relevant trade (desirable)Own Van NeededA professional and reliable approach to workThis Plasterer role is offering the following
