Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Diagnose and repair faults in water systems, pipework, and fixtures
• Perform routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Liaise with site management and other maintenance staff as requiredRequirements:
• NVQ Level 2
• Proven experience in a similar plumbing or maintenance role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good communication skills
