Plumber (Part-Time) - Edinburgh & Surrounding Areas £19 per hour | Weekly Pay | Ongoing WorkManpower Scotland are currently recruiting for a qualified Plumber on behalf of one of our key clients, supporting a range of maintenance contracts across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work with the potential for additional hours. The RoleCarrying out general plumbing maintenance, repairs and fault findingAttending reactive and planned maintenance jobs across multiple sitesRepairing and replacing taps, pipework, toilets, sinks and other sanitary wareDiagnosing and fixing leaks, blockages and pressure issuesBasic installation work where required (e.G. small upgrades or replacements)Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulationsMaintaining accurate job records and reporting completed workLiaising with tenants, clients or site contacts in a professional mannerSupporting general maintenance tasks and minor labouring duties when requiredAssisting other trades on site where necessaryHours & Pay2-3 days per week initially8 hours guaranteed per day£19 per hour (PAYE)Opportunity for additional work depending on workload and flexibilityRequirementsSVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent) - essentialFull UK driving licence - essential (travel between sites required)PVG certificate or willingness to undergo a PVG checkExperience in maintenance and reactive plumbing worksGas Safe certification desirable, but not essential at this stageWhat's in it for youWeekly pay through Manpower ScotlandAccess to employee reward and recognition schemesOpportunities for ongoing work and additional hoursAccess to free upskilling and training programmesDedicated consultant support throughout your assignmentIf you're a reliable, qualified plumber looking for flexible work with a reputable client, we'd like to hear from you.
