This Plumber role offers consistent work carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs across domestic properties in Solihull.
Youll be working for a major housing association in the Solihull area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. Youll be carrying out essential repairs for residents while receiving stability and consistent work in your role as a Plumber .I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber , Maintenance Plumber, Plumbing Engineer or in a similar property maintenance role.
As a Plumber you will be: Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenanceCompleting day-to-day repairs across social housing propertiesDiagnosing plumbing faults and completing appropriate repairsEnsuring all work is completed safely and to a good standardTravelling between properties throughout the working dayId love to speak to anyone who has: Previous plumbing and maintenance experienceExperience carrying out reactive or day-to-day repairsExperience working within social housing or domestic propertiesA full UK driving licenceAvailability to start immediatelyThis Plumber role is offering the following
