PLUMBING & HEATING ENGINEER Location: Wiltshire & Surrounding Areas An established M&E building services company with decades of industry experience and an excellent reputation for delivering a professional, reliable and friendly service is looking for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their growing team.
THE ROLE The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing and heating installation, testing, commissioning and repair work across a range of domestic and commercial environments. SALARY & BENEFITS £42,000-£47,000 OTE per year, depending on experience Overtime available Company van Fuel card Pension scheme 28 days holiday including bank holidays Additional company benefits KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Testing and commissioning plumbing and heating installations Identifying faults and carrying out repairs where required Reading and interpreting technical drawings and building specifications Installing pipework and drainage systems Installing commercial and domestic heating and water plant Assessing labour requirements on individual projects Working closely with the Contracts Management team to ensure projects are properly managed and progressed Testing and commissioning heating, hot and cold water systems Recording test and commissioning data in line with relevant compliance requirements SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing Previous experience in domestic and/or commercial plumbing and heating Professional, friendly and approachable manner Flexible attitude with a strong customer-service focus Gas qualifications are desirable but not essential Full UK driving licence HOW TO APPLY If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply with you're up to date CV to arrange a confidential call back or contact Kim on 07498 889444
